Hello, Star Scholars, and welcome to another week in astrology…
Apologies for the lack of a February forecast and last week’s AisyahScope. Unfortunately Aisyah came down with both typhoid and dengue fever at the same time and was hospitalised for some time. Happily, she is now back to writing horoscopes again…
This week, on 14 February, it is St. Valentine’s Day, but it is important to note that the day is not astrologically significant in itself. Every year, the map of the stars changes on Valentine’s Day, although it always falls during Aquarius season.
This year, Valentine’s Day comes with a slightly tense aspect that means that there could be some commitments or some break ups. If a relationship has not been going well, this could be the moment when it all becomes clear and we decide that we no longer want to be part of a toxic twosome. If this is the case, learn to let it go gracefully if you can - for it means that the time has truly come to say goodbye.
That said, the aspects are much better just two days later on 16 February, so if you can't spend Valentine’s Day with a loved one, you may want to reschedule for that day to make the most of the romantic energy. This could also be an ideal moment to get engaged or make a further commitment to your partner.
If you are single, the end of the week and into March could be the time to meet someone, perhaps through work. If you have been looking for love, know that there has been a slow and stuck energy in the heavens for all signs since the end of last year, and things will pick up around March and into April and May.
Whatever happens on Valentine’s Day this year, it can help to remember that it is just another day in astrology which does not have any special significance for your sign outside the regular astrological aspects that would affect you anyway. Sometimes it helps to take some of the pressure off!

How to Celebrate Valentine’s Day, According to Your Zodiac Sign - Glamour:
It's important to note that Valentine’s Day happens during Aquarius season. People born under this sign have a bad rep for being emotionally detached, but in truth they are fixed signs—meaning they excel when they're in solid relationships of all kinds. Aquarius is also an air sign, which means this day is best celebrated by reading, writing, speaking, and even air traveling in order to profess your love.

It is believed that Saint Valentine helped the Christians escape the harsh Roman prisons. In doing so, he fell in love with the daughter of the jailor, who used to visit him during his confinement. Before his death, on 14 February, he wrote a letter to his lover, and he signed that letter with ‘from your Valentine’.
